Crust
(mix all these together):
2T Soft butter
3T Brown sugar
Crushed corn flakes or walnut
Souffle
(puree all these ingredients together until smooth and pour over crust):
1 lb Carrot (steamed)
1/3 C Granulated sugar
3 T Flour
½ C Melted butter
3 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
dash nutmeg
Bake at 350 C for 1 hour.
