Pesto Pasta

2 ounces fresh basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 ounce fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar (balsamic works really well)
Spaghetti or linguine, cooked according to directions and drained
Mozzarella (optional)

Blend all ingredients, except pasta, together in blender or food processor until it makes a smooth paste. Mix into cooked pasta and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
