Greek Salad

6 large ripe tomatoes, cut into large chunks
1 large cucumber, cut into chunks
1 can large whole black olives, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced in half
1 cup shredded white cabbage
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper and let stand for 1 hour before tossing together with rest of salad ingredients.
