Tess’s Salad & Dressing

1/4 Cup Rice Wine or Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard(of choice)
1 tablespoon crushed Oregano
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Chili or Tobasco
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Lettuce (Romaine)
Mandarin Oranges
Green Olives
Nuts
Avacado
