Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

2 2/3 cup flour
1 1 cups quick cooking oats
2/3 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1 cup soy milk
1 cup apple sauce
4 Tbs cornsarch
2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

Combine dry ingredients together into a bowl. Combine the wet ingredients except for the blueberries together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together. Mix in blueberries and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
