spinach and cornCrazy Spinach and Corn Casserole


1 15 oz can creamed corn
2 10 packages frozen chopped spinach
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the excess water. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a small greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes until lightly brown.
Serve with rice.
