2 cups of stale bread cut into 1 inch to 1 inch cubes
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried herbs (italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence)
1 tsp salt

Toss bread with oil and herbs and spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Toast bread in oven at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until bread begins to brown. Cool completely and toss onto your favorite salad.
