1 zucchini, sliced into 1/4” slices
1 yellow squash, sliced into 1/4” slices
1 teaspoon chopped parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat butter or oil in pan and sauté veggies over medium heat until tender. Add parsley and toss everything together.
