pizza margerta

Pizza Margareta

1 lb pizza dough (from store or homemade)
2-3 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges
8-12 oz shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
1 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tbs olive oil

Spread pizza dough on cookie sheet or into baking dish and brush lightly with olive oil. Top with tomato slices and cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and browned slightly. Top with fresh basil and serve.
